By accessing this website or using any VCTS VAULT product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access the website or use the products. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Independent products
SmartZone Pro Sniper, Drop, and Gellum are independent products. Using one does not require using another, and each is provided under its own operating terms and availability. Nothing on this site should be read as bundling these products into a single service.
4. SmartZone Pro Sniper
SmartZone Pro Sniper is a chart-analysis indicator for the MetaTrader 5 platform. It visualizes supply-and-demand zones on a chart. It is not advice, it does not predict outcomes, and it does not guarantee any result. You are solely responsible for how you use the indicator.
5. Acceptable use
- You will not use any VCTS VAULT product for an unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell a product without prior written authorization.
- You will not use Drop to transfer content you do not have the right to transfer.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with a Gellum account.
6. Intellectual property
All software, indicators, source code, trademarks, and content associated with SmartZone Pro Sniper, Drop, and Gellum are the property of VCTS VAULT, LLC or its licensors. No license is granted except as expressly stated in the product-specific terms.
7. Limitation of liability
All responsibility, warranty obligations, and liability arising from the use of this website and of SmartZone Pro Sniper, Drop, and Gellum rest exclusively with VCTS VAULT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VCTS VAULT and its members, managers, and personnel disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or operational results, arising from your use of any product.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any product, at our discretion, in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of a VCTS VAULT product will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be reflected here; we encourage you to review this page periodically.
